Holly’s Tasting Notes: The nose is nutty, with toffee and peanut brittle. A sweet, creamy orange blossom honey with crisp green apples and a dash of lemon and citrus. The palate is spicy for higher corn! Candied ginger, cinnamon, oak spice, and burnt honey on the finish.
Charles’ Tasting Notes: The nose has ripe apple, custard, oak, raspberry, honey, and clove. The palate is bold with rich spice, viscous cinnamon, honey, and “tongue-tingling”. The finish is long with baking spice, oak, and orchard fruits.
