Mash bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley
– Aged 8–10 years: partial aging at MGP, re-barreled by NULU Whiskey Co into new American oak barrels for additional aging, and finished for approximately 1 year in maple brûlée barrels (ex-bourbon barrels previously used to age maple syrup that are toasted to caramelize the residual sugars)
– Maple brûlée barrels were toasted and re-coopered by Tonnellerie Moreau cooperage in Notre-Dame-de-Stanbridge, Quebec, Canada
– 4 Barrels married together
