The Uncharted Whisky Company is an independent whisky bottler located in Fintry, Scotland, operated by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. They both came from the drinks industry and wanted to bottle their own whisky under this new brand. All of their releases are named after famous musicians, songs, and albums.

A Highland Park Single Malt.
Brand Tasting Notes: The nose has fragrant bay leaf and fresh lemon zest intertwined with oak and a grounding earthiness. The palate has golden syrup, buttery popcorn, and warm nutmeg sprawl over the palate, followed closely by soft florals, heather, and a touch of spice. The finish has a gentle wisp of smoke that lingers, with smooth caramel sweetness and a salty swish as the theatrical finale to show-stopping dram.
