Their well-developed palates have taken them to this new and exciting world of picking their own casks and bottling them under their “Raising Glasses” label. They are about sharing good bottles and want to raise a glass with you! Holly has also been friends with them for quite some time as they were customers of hers when she worked in Boston. Purple Cane is the union of two independent bottlers, Rolling Fork and Raising Glasses. Building on the iconic rich, spicy, and bold Foursquare distillate, Purple Cane adds a sophisticated layer of fruit and velvet with a finish in a French oak cask of Pineau des Charentes (an aperitif wine created by adding freshly pressed grape juice to cognac eau de vie). Adding its luscious delicate freshness to the muscular potency of rum from Barbados elevates this unforgettable expression.
