The epitome of Australian Rum history, distilled on the banks of the Albert River in Queensland since 1884. Inside the heritage listed facility, this rum has been Tropical matured in American Oak from the Column and then Copper Pot distillation process that follows after a 48-72 hour fermentation period from locally sourced molasses.
