Holly’s Tasting Notes: The nose is thick, like full-fat Greek yogurt with honey granola on top. Caramel, pecan pie, nutty pastries, and dough. There is no missing they honey, but it isn’t overbearing; it sticks and clings to your tongue. There is still a fruity side with apples, along with baking spices. The finish is caramel latte and coffee.
