A distillery from the Missouri Ozarks — great Bourbon coming from all over the country, that’s for sure! They also make other types of spirits here as well with all local grains. Everything is fermented, distilled, and matured on-site. They wood-fire their stills as well. The founder & distiller is Gary Hinegardner and yes, he wears a wooden hat!
