Importing exceptional independent bottlers like Tri Carragh and Uncharted, he decided to purchase his own casks of Single Malt Scotch as well. Whispering Waters is a salute to the “silent service,” which is Scotland’s sea lore of submariners.

GlenAllachie is a Speyside Distillery owned by Billy Walker. He bought the distillery from Pernod Ricard/Chivas Regal and has brought it back to be a prominent distillery released single malt. It is known for rich and intense fruit flavors.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Burnt hot chocolate, lava cake, roasted cherry pie, strawberry jam, and melted dark chocolate. Root beer and caramel make the palate earthier.
