Watershed Distillery Bottled in Bond 4YR Straight Bourbon

Watershed Distillery is a Columbus, Ohio–based micro‑distillery founded in 2010 by friends Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo, who dreamed of reviving Ohio’s post‑Prohibition distilling tradition. It was the second distillery to open in Central Ohio since before Prohibition, and in 2012, it was the first to bring a legally distilled bourbon to market in the region. The team gradually scaled production with small batches of vodka and gin, adding bourbon, whisky, Nocino (black‑walnut liqueur), and other expressions.  Watershed became the first distillery in Ohio to open a full‑service restaurant and bar on site in early 2017, and has become a fixture in Columbus’s craft cocktail scene.
