Description
Tenmile Distillery is located in Wassaic, New York, and focused on the belief that a small, independent distillery with the right team can return to traditional methods of whisky-making and produce a superior spirit. Focusing on American Single Malt, although also making gin and vodka, they went right to the source of what single malt means to them: Scotland. Their first hire was Shane Fraser who previously distilled for Oban, Glenfarclas, and was distillery manager at Wolfburn in northern Scotland.
Taste
Named after the British raid on Richmond, Virginia, in January 1781 led by Benedict Arnold, which resulted in severe damage to the city.
