Founded in 2015, Springbrook Distillery is 5 miles from Lake George, New York in Fort Ann, New York. Located on the Springbrook Hollow Farm on 200 acres of land. They produce Bourbon, Rye, and other vodkas and liqueurs. The recently expanded their operations with a large, new visitors center, distillery and bottling line.

Taste

This Bourbon is a marriage of whiskey from Springbrook and blended with sourced whiskey. The resulting mash bill is 60% corn, 22% wheat, and 18% malted barley | this is a limited release of their barrel strength

Brand Tasting Notes: On the nose, you get heavy caramel and hints of vanilla. The body gives flavors of oak and toffee, and the finish is long and rich with a balance between dry and sweet.
