Signatory is an independent bottler based out of Edradour Distillery, which they own as well in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Their whiskies are bottled across a number of ranges, including the Un-chill Filtered Collection, the Cask Strength Collection, and the Single Grain Collection. Their “perfume bottles” have become iconic for their stature and quality.
Signatory bottling, bonding, and office facilities are located in a building adjacent to Edradour distillery, near Pitlochry in Perthshire, which the company also owns.

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Caramel toffee, peanut brittle, roasted apples, and cinnamon. The palate has a burnt taste, Butterfinger chocolates, old and bruised red apples. A classic worm tub whisky!
