Signatory is an independent bottler based out of Edradour Distillery, which they own as well in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Their whiskies are bottled across a number of ranges, including the Un-chill Filtered Collection, the Cask Strength Collection, and the Single Grain Collection. Their “perfume bottles” have become iconic for their stature and quality.
Signatory bottling, bonding, and office facilities are located in a building adjacent to Edradour distillery, near Pitlochry in Perthshire, which the company also owns.

Miltonduff is a Speyside malt owned by Pernod Ricard and not typically bottled outside of indie bottlers like Duncan Taylor. It is known for its bright, citrusy & custard qualities. It is one of the main components of Ballantine’s Blended Scotch Whisky.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Warm honey and tangerines. Some sea salt, lemon custard, and whipped cream. The palate has yellow apples, pears, pear drop candies, some chalky, candied fun-dip as well.
