Description
Casa San Matías is a family-owned tequila distillery based in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, with roots dating back to 1886, when Don Delfino González founded it. Over more than 130 years, they’ve built a reputation for combining tradition—such as using mature Blue Weber agave (harvested after 7-10 years), handcrafted techniques like tahona milling and fermentation in wood vats—with more modern innovations (e.g., Cristalino filtration, sustainability programs). Casa San Matías offers a broad portfolio: from pure, agave-forward blancos and tahona expressions, to aged tequilas (reposados, añejos, extra añejos) and Cristalino tequilas.
