Description
Distilling in Wales was a lost art but in the late 1990s, a group of friends started chatting about a new distillery while sipping beers at a pub. The village of Penderyn was chosen because of the natural spring water and the first whisky was released in 2004. They have now expanded with a new distillery that was built in the Spring of 2021 in Llandudno North Wales and another distillery is planned for Swansea.

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Nougat, cashews, apples and bananas. cinnamon sugar Fried dough, with a really nice sweet, creamy spiciness on the palate. earth, bananas and cream.
