Aged 10 years in a charred new American oak barrel; a portion of the maturation takes place at PCS Distilling’s warehouse where the barrel is heat-cycled, introducing temperature variation to raise proof and viscosity
Brand Tasting Notes: This rye opens with classic green apple, bergamot, caramel, and leafy tobacco, accented by subtle eucalyptus. The palate is earthy yet fruit-driven, with dried green apple, rye spice, and firm wood tannin lifted by a subtle mint undertone. The finish is dry and crisp, with just enough sweetness across the mid-palate to balance and invite another sip.
