Founded in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder, set out to resurrect the grassroots tradition of farm distilling. Their 100% Islay range represents the revival of these traditions, standing alone as Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky. They do everything on-site, even their own maltings.

– Aged 5 years in an ex-Moscatel de Setúbal barrique; filled on 9/22/2019 and bottled on 2/21/2025
Brand Tasting Notes: Peat smoke with notes of candied citrus and white grape flesh on the nose becomes a play between rosewater, eucalyptus, lychee and salt spray on the palate. The floral elements persist on an elegantly smoky and dry finish.
The subtle fruitiness and modest peat of the Kilchoman whisky to produce an enticing blend of exotic fruit notes, flecked with salt and smoke.
