Ferg & Harris was founded in 2021 by Young Spirits, an Edinburgh-based spirits and bottling business. Harrison and co-founder John Ferguson source whisky from all over Scotland before finishing them for the Ferg & Harris ‘character’.

Brand Tasting Notes: Sherry maturation enriched by a Sauternes finish creates a truly satiated whisky. Sharp smokehouse aromas of Bunnahabhain Moine on the nose. Saporous maple-glazed smoked bacon with roasted nuts and spice coating the palate. Culminating in a brisk and salty finish.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Earthy lime, metallic vanilla, blueberry muffin batter, smoke, and burnt toast with orange jam. A rich, chalky finish.
