Cascahuin Tequila Reposado Private Barrel

Established in 1904, it is still a family distillery based in Jalisco, Mexico. The distillery produces its tequila out of 100% blue agave from the local area. It is produced in a modern way with machines and a controlled process but they also use more traditional methods for some releases, such as the Tahona lava rock wheel to crush the roasted agave and roast it in brick ovens.
