Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers in London with a mission to produce high-quality single-malt whisky with character.

Bimber’s first casks were laid down on May, 26th 2016, and released in September 2019 – the limited release of 1,000 hand-numbered bottles sold out in 3 hours. Their releases have been highly regarded ever since. They strive to have all of their whiskies be fruit-forward no matter how they are matured.
