Aberfeldy is a highland malt and this is a release from their Exceptional Cask Series, all hand-selected by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod. A marriage of four casks, batch AB3099, first matured in hogsheads and then finished for 6-9 months in Sauternes casks.
Sweet notes of honey and golden syrup balanced with citrus peel, peaches, and almonds.
