Vingtier Domaine Olivier PM Spirits Collab Single Cask 12YR Calvados

This single cask is distilled from 50% apples and 50% pears harvested from apple tress that are as old as 30 years and pear trees as old as 220 years. There were 12 apple varieties and 4 pear varieties. The fermentation lasted 8 months and the distilled by wood-fired column still.

Matured in a 225-liter new French Oak cask.
