Description
The Uncharted Whisky Company is an independent whisky bottler located in Fintry, Scotland, operated by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. They both came from the drinks industry and wanted to bottle their own whisky under this new brand. All of their releases are named after famous musicians, songs, and albums.
Taste
Chapter Two – Chain Pier distillery produced the first single malt from Edinburgh for over a hundred years. The stills ran for less than a year and only 39 casks were ever produced. Chain Pier has now been dismantled making this bottle a real ‘moment in time’ whisky. We are lucky to chain down cask #8.
