Description
The name Tri Carragh is a tribute to the Gaelic phrase meaning “three pillars,” honoring the essential ingredients of whisky: water, barley, and yeast. They are a young independent bottler based in Edinburgh under the parent company name of Stravaig Spirits. The founders are Ryan McCafferty and Ola Lopatowska. They also own the brand Glenlaird Scotch Whisky and help others source and bottle their own casks of whisky. Pronounced “tree-ka-rah”.

Mannochmore is a Speyside Distillery that does not release its whisky as a brand to the public. Independent bottlers are the only way to try this malt.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Oranges, orange tang, lemons, custard, peanuts, pear, and lychee. The palate is a touch drier with vanilla wafer cookies, lime candies, and ginger spice.
