Sweetdram is an independent bottler based in Edinburgh. Founded by Daniel Fisher and Andrew McLeod Smith, both whom studied for their master’s degrees in brewing and distilling. The brand was launched from their small London workspace and eventually grew to a massive industrial warehouse in Sighhill, Edinburgh. They blend and bottle liqueurs, whisky, and other spirits.

Taste

– Blended malt and grain Scotch

– Composed of North British Distillery single grain aged at least 5 years in new oak, Invergordon Distillery single grain aged 12 years in ex-sherry casks, and peated Ardmore single malt aged 7 years in first-fill bourbon casks

– Blended and rested in 53-gallon barrels seasoned with tawny port from Douro, Portugal

Brand Tasting Notes: Cream soda, marzipan, cacao husk, and eucalyptus on the nose transition to a woodsy palate of Coffee cake, bonfire toffee, burnt fig, and faint salted caramel with sandalwood, white raspberry, and peppermint on the finish.
