Stalk & Barrel Whisky is made at Still Waters Distillery in Ontario, Canada. The distillery was founded in 2009 and was Ontario’s first micro-distillery in the province. You have Hiram Walker who is a massive, long-time producer of brands like JP Wiser’s, Lot 40, and others owned by Pernod Ricard.

Their single malt is made from 100% Canadian two-row malted barley. It is mashed, fermented, and distilled by hand in small batches in a small copper pot still.
All our whisky is aged in ex-bourbon casks on site. They also produce rye whiskey and vodka as well.

Brand Tasting Notes: Most of their single barrels typically have notes of honey and cloves on the nose and are fruity with hints of vanilla and butterscotch on the palate.

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Honey, chamomile tea, and peanut brittle. The palate has some charred apples, oak & vanilla. With water, more sweetness, and cinnamon. Pair this whiskey with white chocolate almond bark. So delicious!
