Signatory is an independent bottler based out of Edradour Distillery which they own as well in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Their whiskies are bottled across a number of ranges, including the Un-chill Filtered Collection, the Cask Strength Collection, and the Single Grain Collection. Their “perfume bottles” have become iconic for their stature and quality.

Signatory bottling, bonding, and office facilities are located in a building adjacent to Edradour distillery, near Pitlochry in Perthshire, which the company also owns.

Distilled on May, 27th 2008 and bottled on March, 17th 2022 | Cask No. 22

Matured in Bourbon Barrels and then finished in a fresh Sherry Butt for 44 months

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Coastal brine with fruit punch, citrus, and a salty dash of smoke. It continues with an oily, nutting palate with more fruit and sweet, glazed ham.
