Description

Signatory is an independent bottler based out of Edradour Distillery which they own as well in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Their whiskies are bottled across a number of ranges, including the Un-chill Filtered Collection, the Cask Strength Collection, and the Single Grain Collection. Their “perfume bottles” have become iconic for their stature and quality.

Signatory bottling, bonding, and office facilities are located in a building adjacent to Edradour distillery, near Pitlochry in Perthshire, which the company also owns.

Taste

Ledaig scotch comes from the Tobermory distillery, which is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. Established in 1798, it is the only distillery on Mull. It is unique, not just because of its remote location, but because it produces two different styles of single malt: the fruity, unpeated Tobermory, and the more robust and smoky Ledaig.

The nose is filled with peanut brittle and Fruit & Nut Dairy Milk candy bar. Spicy gingerbread, and rye.
The taste is mocha, Madeira, smoky peat, and raisins. Plum pudding and orange oil.
The finish is toasted bread & strawberry jam.
