Rolling Fork 14 Year Jamaican Single Cask Rum

Rolling Fork Spirits is an independent blender and bottler of premium rums sourced from distilleries around the world. Founded in 2016 by Kentucky native and whiskey writer Jordan Morris and Turner Wathen, whose family boasts over 200 years of American whiskey heritage, the brand was created to fill a gap in high-end rums on the U.S. market. Operating out of Starlight Distillery in Indiana and named for the historic Rolling Fork Distillery established in 1788, Rolling Fork marries the history and diversity of global rum with the traditions and standards of American whiskey.

Unlike many independent bottlers, Rolling Fork imports well-aged rum and continues maturation in uninsulated whiskey rickhouses on Indiana’s Knobstone Escarpment, where dramatic temperature and pressure changes intensify barrel interaction. Using nearly two dozen carefully selected cask types, the team finishes each rum to enhance its natural character before bottling at cask strength, without additives or chill filtration. Guided by the Wathen family motto, “No Finer Spirits,” Rolling Fork crafts expressive rums designed to appeal to both rum and whiskey lovers.
