Nose: Vanilla and spice
Body: Crisp
Taste: Crisp apple, cinnamon, vanilla, and oak
Finish: Inherently smooth with lingering hints of vanilla, apple, and spice

Holly’s Tasting Notes: Cinnamon, red hot, chilis, brown sugar, and a spicy palate a decent amount of fruit as well.
