We don’t really have any information about this independent bottler “Rites of Passage”. On the side of the bottle, it says imported by Epicurean Selection which is an importer mostly of Australian Wine but they also have Hellyers Road, a Tasmanian Whisky in their portfolio. We have put out some requests to industry friends. Stay tuned!

Williamson is a nod to the former manager of Laphroaig Distillery, Bessie Williamson. This is teaspooned Laphroaig.
