They are truly an “American Independent Bottler” and source rare and special whiskies from all over the USA. Their goal is to shine a light on whiskies you may not have seen or tasted before through single casks and blends. They bottle American Single Malts, Bourbons, and Ryes.

An elegant and fruit-forward take on the typically bold Balcones. A 5.5-cask blend of whiskey aged in European oak casks, an ex-bourbon barrel, and ex-apple brandy casks. Named “Best American Single Malt Aged Under 12 Years” at the 2023 World Whiskies Awards.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Strawberry rhubarb pie, strawberry creamsicles with some grass, and peach. A soft herbal quality is in there as well like an herbal white tea. The palate has more fresh strawberries with baking spice. You still get that very juicy, fresh, and clean fruit tea. This sips like it is well below cask strength. So delicious, you’ve been warned!
