Founded in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder, set out to resurrect the grassroots tradition of farm distilling. Their 100% Islay range represents the revival of these traditions, standing alone as Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky. They do everything on-site, even their own maltings.

Brand Tasting Notes: Wafts of meaty smoke, ripe apple, orange peel on the nose; grilled peaches and stewed berries mingle with ocean brine and lemon zest on the palate with barbequed pulled pork throughout.

The ImpEx Cask Evolution series consists of limited-release collaborations with the Kilchoman Distillery that demonstrate the influence of different cask finishes. For this release, red wine casks perfectly complement the subtle tropical fruit of Kilchoman whiskies. This single cask single malt is a US exclusive with only 242 bottles.
