Description
Founded in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder, set out to resurrect the grassroots tradition of farm distilling. Their 100% Islay range represents the revival of these traditions, standing alone as Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky. They do everything on-site, even their own maltings.

The ImpEx Cask Evolution series consists of limited-release collaborations with the Kilchoman Distillery that demonstrate the influence of different cask finishes. For this release, Pedro Ximénez sherry-soaked oak contributes added layers of rich sweetness to the classic citrus and peat smoke character typical of Kilchoman. This single cask single malt is a US exclusive with only 310 bottles.
