High N’ Wicked Aeneas Coffey Single Grain Irish Whiskey

This single-grain Irish Whiskey is named after Aeneas Coffey, the inventor of the Coffey Still. What we now know as the column still. It is made out of 95% French Corn and 5% Malted Irish Barlet. Distilled in County Cork (Midleton Distillery). It is first matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for 6 months in Tinta Negra Madeira Casks.
