Description
Duncan Taylor was originally based out of Glasgow where they were merchants and brokers of Scotch whisky casks. They have been laying down casks from distilleries all over Scotland for decades and now have one of the largest privately-held collections of rare and vintage Scotch Whisky. They now operate out of Huntly, Scotland in the Highlands. They have become quite infamous for their Octave (small cask) finishes.

Invergordon is a grain distillery in the Highlands (most are in the lowlands). It was founded in 1959 and a few years later the Wyvis Single Malt Distillery was built there as well. Ben Wyvis is now closed but you can find their stills at Glengyle in Campbeltown. Invergordon is now a part of Whyte & Mackay (Jura, Dalmore, Fettercairn, etc.) and makes whisky for their blended Scotch portfolio.
