Castle & Key Distillery took over the restored and historic Old Taylor Distillery that was built in 1887. Located in Frankfort, Kentucky, they produce rye, Bourbon, and gin and all of their releases are highly coveted. Their distillery literally looks like a castle, nestled in the hills of Kentucky, it is definitely worth the visit to take a step back in Bourbon history.
