Located in Frankfort, Kentucky, they produce rye, Bourbon, and gin and all of their releases are highly coveted. Their distillery literally looks like a castle, nestled in the hills of Kentucky it is definitely worth the visit to take a step back in Bourbon history.

Brand Tasting Notes: Caramel corn, orange zest, toasted peanuts, shortbread, and rosemary on the nose. On the palate, light brown sugar, lemon meringue, sage, sugar cookie, dinner roll, and allspice. The finish has Chrysanthemum, black pepper, mint and caraway.
