Description
Founded by Robin Tucek in 1995, Blackadder is another independent bottler coming to you from Scotland but bottling not just whisky but also rum and other spirits. They are iconic for their “raw casks” which leaves all sediment from the cask in the bottle. Literally little pieces of cask and char are still in the bottle!

It was distilled in April 2008 from Port Morant still and bottled by Blackadder, in Scotland.
Diamond Distillery (DDL) established in 1670; sits on the East Bank of the Demerara River near Georgetown, Guyana. There are 9 different stills with one being the most famous Coffey still in the world which is the EHP Wooden Still. Each still is different giving them the ability to create many different styles of Rum.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Lemon-lime cream pie. Lemon yogurt, french vanilla with a ton of tart citrus and fruits. Really rich, creamy, and delicious.
