Description

Benjamin Chapman is a blend of 51% 10-Year Canadian Rye and 49% 7-Year Canadian Wheat. They use glacial water sourced from the northern Rockies to cut their whiskey which is then aged in American white oak casks.

The Canadian Wheat is distilled in continuous triple column stills and aged for a minimum of seven years in American oak whiskey barrels. It is then blended together with the Rye for this small-batch whiskey.

Taste

Tasting Notes from the Distillery: An invitingly smooth sipper, there is a hint of spice promised from the rye, balanced with silky flavors of white chocolate and crème brûlée from the wheat.
