This is a collaboration with West Virginia-based Great Barrel Company. They are considered innovators in the world of oak and cooperages. The Great Barrel Company made them toasted barrels that were composed of cherry oak and regular oak. These barrels were toasted with infrared technology. They put a 6YR Indiana rye in these casks for 10 weeks and then blended in a 12YR Canadian Whiskey.
