– 10% Kentucky 11YR Bourbon | 78% Corn, 13% Rye, 9% Malted Barley
– 10% Kentucky 12YR Bourbon | 75% Corn, 13% Rye, 12% Malted Barley
– 7% Bardstown Bourbon Co. 6YR Rye | 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley
Brand Tasting Notes: Decadent black cherry, toasted oak, vanilla cream, and rye spice lead to a palate of baked apple, pecan, and raisin. The full-bodied flavor continues through the finish, creating a balance of rich bourbon and premium cognac, with a kiss of mint.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Silky chocolate, butter & Nutella spread across a croissant, honey, a dash of coconut, raspberry, and apple jam. The palate is super fruity with berries drizzled in caramel, chocolate, and a touch of cinnamon sugar. The finish shows some cedar notes.
