Arran is an island distillery on the Isle of Arran off the west coast of Scotland. Founded in 1994 they now have a sister distillery on this small island called “Lagg” where they produce heavily peated spirit.

The new make spirit was shipped from Arran to France where it was aged in a Cognac cellar for 6 years.
Holly’s Tastings Notes: Nuts, almonds, and dried figs. With some water the sweetness, the honey comes out with the smoke.
