The Uncharted Whisky Company is an independent whisky bottler located in Fintry, Scotland, operated by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. They both came from the drinks industry and wanted to bottle their own whisky under this new brand. All of their releases are named after famous musicians, songs, and albums.
Taste
A Highland Park Single Malt.
Brand Tasting Notes: The nose has caramel sweetness with a rare touch of mint and eucalyptus. The palate has a bold yet balanced profile of herbals, layered with creamy vanilla and a subtle suggestion of smoke. We could drink this all day long. The finish has a smoky-sweet finale that lingers with soft herbally goodness and caramel.
